Patient calls related to health care issues will be addressed by the end of each day. If the call is of an urgent nature it will be handled immediately.
Patient e-mails will be handled by the end of each business day Monday – Friday. If an e-mail is left after business hours or on the weekend, we will respond by the end of the next business day.
Our providers are on call 24-hours a day seven days a week.
Please allow 24-48 hours in advance of needing your prescription refilled.
Please bring a current medication list with you to each appointment.
Please remember to bring your insurance cards and co-payment to each visit.
Preventive visits (physicals) should be scheduled 2-3 months in advance.
Same day sick visits are available by appointment.
"Quick-sick" visits Monday - Friday from 7:30AM–9:30AM (no appt required).
We offer sick visits on Saturday mornings by appointment.
